Peter has been admitted as a legal practitioner since 1989 and has since practised across a very broad range of different areas of the law.

Peter’s experience and reputation is such that he is consistently referred work from a number of solicitors, barristers, accountants, costs assessors and other professionals.

Wendy graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws in 2007 and a Masters of Laws in 2014. Wendy has a special interest in Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

Wendy is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been with Alex Mackay & Co since 2008, focusing her practice on Succession Law. Wendy has also had experience in Property/Conveyancing Law, Employment Law, Family Trusts and Business Succession Planning.

Jessica is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and has been with Alex Mackay & Co since 2015.

Jessica provides a broad range of legal services including business contracts, Deeds of Agreement, Property Law/Conveyancing and Estate Administration. Jessica also assists Peter in litigious matters including estate litigation and contract disputes.

Katherine is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Katherine joined the team at Alex Mackay & Co in 2023. She brings with her 13 years of experience as a Solicitor, predominately practising in Property Law.

Quentin was admitted as a Solicitor in 1986 and holds a Master of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology.

Quentin’s career has seen him practice across various areas of law. He has now practised solely in the area of Family Law for in excess of 20 years.

Gabrielle is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Since 2015, Gabrielle has practised solely in Family Law. She acts in both parenting and property matters as well as child support and all related areas of Family Law.
